Bring back ability to suppress concord warning. Hit it under escape or only show the check box once -5 or lower but for the mercy of all the keyboards pounding enter bring it back.

CCP removed it to protect the stupid but didn't put an option to suppress it in the escape menu cause **** you that's why.
